Butter Braids
Each year SCYC takes orders for Starke County's favorite pastry: Butter Braids! Butter Braids are a light and flaky treat that are easy to prepare and enjoy! The Braids come frozen, are hand-braided and have layers of 100% real butter and delicious fillings. Simply set out to thaw and rise, bake for 25 minutes and enjoy! This is a perfect treat for holiday parties, gifts, and an every day dessert. Just in time for Thanksgiving! Approach your friends, neighbors and co-workers. Every braid you sell contributes to the success of our great organization. Orders are taken annually in October. Delivery is scheduled for November. RadioThon
Don't miss our annual SCYC RadioThon on WKVI. Call in, log on, and help a child. Keep the children of our community safe and learning by listening in. Ted Hayes, Irene Szakonyi, Kelly Manning and a host of guest personalities will share the impact of SCYC in our community. This is your chance to have your pledge to SCYC announced live on the air. Students, parents, and the school community rally on this day to keep the doors of SCYC open to our youngsters. The money raised directly helps kids receive high quality after-school programming that includes education, enrichment, socialization, recreation and character development.
